Every roll of Cotton Twill Fabric (2/1 & 3/1 Combed Chino Weaves) undergoes mandatory inspection under ASTM D5430 4-Point System in our Erode QA facility. Pre-shrunk residual shrinkage governed under 2.5%, color fastness ISO Grade 4+. Global port export via FOB Tuticorin & FOB Chennai.
A 2/1 twill is a lighter, more pliable weave (typically 180-240 GSM) ideal for shirting, overshirts, and lightweight shorts. A 3/1 twill is denser (260-320 GSM) with a prominent diagonal ridge, perfect for bottom-weight chinos and structured outerwear.
We provide carbon peach brushing (velvety soft peach-skin feel), luster mercerization, enzyme wash, water-repellent, and easy-iron anti-crease finishes.
